Their ministries have been affecting many people in their community. Sebrina, Daisy’s hairdresser, is renewing her faith in Jesus and going to church now. Four of George’s students are planting churches in St. Petersburg and still meet with him and two more are in missions. In another ministry, George has been working with Ron, who has a powerful ministry to men leaving homosexuality. He is a rehabilitated ex-sex offender, who has had to move with his wife and seven children because of his proximity to a day care center. The family is not yet rehabilitated from a terrible car wreck last summer and everyone of them are still in therapy. It was the work of the Holy Spirit that George shared the old gospel hymn, “God will take care of you.” Ron’s mother, used to sing that song to Ron before she died when Ron was just 12. Ron burst into tears when he heard it and was profoundly comforted.
