Captain Nancy O’Leary is based in Aliquippa, PA at the Uncommon Grounds Cafe. Among her many duties in the Cafe she is also the Workshop Program Director for "The Way Out." This is a one day workshop that clearly addresses three simple questions of alcoholism and drug addiction: 1. What is the exact nature of the problem? 2. What is the solution? 3. How do you find that solution?

Captain Nancy O'Leary leads the workshop along with Steve Brightwell our National Director and others. These workshops are for those who need to find the way out of their addiction or those helping others to find the way out. The workshop is free and is held throughout the year.
