Church Army provides opportunities to serve vocationally as an evangelist, domestic missionary, church planter among the marginalized, equipper or trainer for the wider church, and launching creative ministries in places where others are not serving to reach the lost.

Church Army provides training from 1 to 3 years for vocational commissioned evangelists who work full time and are supported by personal support raising, "tent making", contractional employment as evangelists, or a combination of these.
